Dairy Milk & Whey Separation

AB has in-depth knowledge and experience from the whey and milk processing and separation industry in Denmark. We can develop products and processes around current whey processing facilities. Many South African dairy companies currently produce the most basic whey protein, WPC. We can add value by producing the following high value products used for food production and the health industry:

WPC-65 (Whey protein concentrate, 65% protein)
WPC-80 (Whey protein concentrate, 80% protein)
WPI (Whey protein isolate, 90% protein)

Succesful whey processing is capital intensive, but the returns can be high with the right economy of scale. Cheeseries with weigh-in capacities > 250 000 liter milk per day can be financially viable. Contact us to discuss opportunities.
